1. Cancellation Policy

For Vacation Packages, Hotels, and Tours:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival: Full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of No-Show: No refund.

For Excursions and Day Tours:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity: Full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity: No refund.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some bookings, such as special discounted offers or last-minute deals, may be marked as non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

3. Modifications

• Modifications to your reservation (dates, guest names, etc.) are subject to availability
• Changes made more than 7 days prior to the original check-in date are free of charge.
• For modifications within 7 days, an administrative fee may apply.

4. Cancellations by Go Sun Vacation

If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (weather events, political unrest, unavailability, etc.), you will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• An alternative service/date, or
• A credit for future travel (valid for 12 months)

5. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Credit card processing fees or currency conversion differences are non-refundable.
